The wrist
The wrist is the part of the human arm where the hand joins the forearm. It is a joint, therefore it belongs to the bony structure.
The wrist joint (also known as the radiocarpal joint) is an articulation between the radius and the carpal bones of the hand.
The exact point we take as a reference is the head of the ulna.
