The iliac crest
The iliac crest anterior superior is part of the bony structure and a reference point for body measurements.
The iliac crest anterior superior is a bony projection of the iliac bone, and an important landmark of surface anatomy. It refers to the anterior extremity of the iliac crest of the pelvis.
The waist side seam of the lower garment is above the anterior-superior iliac crest spine.
